Priority Support

Priority support is included with the professional and enterprise editions. Priority support emails are given priority over any standard support questions. Responses to priority support inquiries are typically sent within one business day.

Priority Support includes:

  • Unlimited priority email support covering licensing, installation, debugging, protocol issues, environmental issues, and general use of the product.
  • Access to additional documentation.
  • Detailed log analysis.
  • Limited solution integration assistance.
